How it Works:
I travel within 30 miles of Ontario, California (Scroll down for a list of cities.)
I come to you!
I setup in homes or offices.
I bring either my massage table, or chair, depending on the service. Table is the standard for home visits and chair is the standard for offices, unless otherwise specified.
For In-Home Services, I bring clean + disinfected sheets, a blanket, a heated and vibration embedded massage table, essential oils for aromatherapy, music, magnesium lotion, jojoba oil, cbd balm, and also, hot stones/cups/etc, if booking those types of sessions. Chair massage is usually used at home if the client cannot lay down for an hour+ duration/prefers the chair.
For Office Visits, I bring clean + disinfected face cradle covers, disinfectant wipes to wipe down between clients, sign in sheet, music and essential oils for aromatherapy. You can always request the table for offices as well! This is the more comfortable option. There are no sheets provided for offices, as it is clothed work. No need to dress down, just preferably wear a cotton/loose material to work over. I will still provide clean face cradle covers to use.

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. This type of massage is done with hands, knuckles, elbows, and forearms. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, and enhanced mental clarity.
Hot Stone Massage is a style of massage where heated stones are used on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.
Deep Tissue is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be had to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released.
Deep Tissue massage includes Scraping (aka IASTM) , Cupping, Magnesium Lotion & NEW! Rapid Release Therapy!
Instrument Aided Soft Tissue Manipulation, aka Scraping, helps mobilize superficial fascial adhesions.
It targets the superficial fascial layer, just under the skin, so IASTM is another option to resolve pain and tightness in the body without causing pain.
IASTM and Rapid Release Therapy instruments make it easier to detect and treat disruption in the fascia and make it easier to locate the exact area(s) to treat. This will stimulate the production of new collagen and proper, functional, pain-free healing.
The tools help during my Deep Tissue Massage by creating space for the tense muscles/knots in the layers directly underneath and are able to release faster.
What does magnesium do? Helps alleviate achy joints & overworked muscles. CBD is similar, it brings more pain relief, and will also help relax very tense or sore muscles during the session. Both will make the session more comfortable overall.
Cupping is used to relieve deeper tension, chronic pain, and stiff muscles. The suction and negative pressure provided by cupping can loosen muscles, encourage blood flow, sedates the nervous system (which makes it an excellent treatment for high blood pressure) and helps the natural production of collagen!
I use both mobile (silicone) and stagnant (plastic) cups during your massage session in focused area(s) along the muscle group(s). This creates space within the targeted area(s) and allows for more mobility, or range of motion.
SPORTS MASSAGE enhances body awareness! It will bring all kinds of tension to the surface of the skin so that I can reduce pains and aches in the body, relax the mind, increase flexibility, and dramatically improve recovery rates!
SPORTS MASSAGE is also highly effective and recommended in aiding the rapid recovery of an athlete from an injury by encouraging greater kinesthetic awareness and in turn promoting the body's natural immune function!
SPORTS MASSAGE includes Stretching, IASTM, Cupping, and Rapid Release Therapy!
By combining all of these things, it will ultimately create a TOTAL relaxation response in the area(s) that are treated!

Pre-Natal Massage is therapeutic bodywork that focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy. The client is positioned on her side to take pressure off of the spine during the session. The massage enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone. It can also relieve mental and physical fatigue. Pressure overall is light, applying deeper pressure only to reduce major areas of tension.
Post-Natal Massage can help recovery after delivery and relieve/reduce aches, pain, and post-partum depression. I always suggest a doctors clearance prior to booking, usually waiting 6-8 weeks. Each individual case varies.
Lymphatic Drainage aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body, especially in swollen areas, relieving pressure and enhancing the functions of the immune system. As both a preventative and remedial technique, LD can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury, reduction of swelling post-op, and strengthened resistance to illness. Every individual is different.
Chair Massage is a seated massage that focuses on the back, shoulders, neck, and arms. Chair massage might be an option for those who are uncomfortable laying down.
This modality is done over clothing & doesn't require any oil; however it can be used on exposed areas to reduce friction.
The 2+ hour durations are for those who want to treat a few people for a special occasion, like an office work event or girls day. They are mini sessions on the chair for about 15 minutes back to back, short yet effective! Depending on the amount of people getting a massage, the duration will vary.
2 Hours: ~8 Guests
3 Hours: ~12 Guests
At this point in time, there is a 3 hour limit for these types of bookings.
